We're partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of application upgrade projects across a large and diverse technology landscape. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned project qualified with a proven track record delivering complex IT projects in enterprise environments. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with business objectives.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations while driving successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets.
- Define project scope and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across applications, infrastructure and business functions.




- Manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
- Manage vendors and third-party delivery partners.
- Oversee testing activities including SIT and UAT.
- Support governance, funding and stage-gate processes.
- Ensure successful project delivery with minimal business disruption.

About You

- Extensive experience delivering complex IT projects.
- Strong experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Proven delivery experience using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working with senior leadership and executive teams.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
- PMP, SAFe Agile or ITIL certifications are highly regarded.
