Our restaurants are busy, 7-day spots (150-300 guests each service!) serving up great food and booze from 11.30am until 10pmy. We look after every guest like they're a regular and regulars like they're family with our warm, personal service style. And we are on the lookout for new team members to join our busy kitchens!

Senior Kitchen Supervisor

Our Senior Kitchen Supervisors are hands-on leaders who set the standard in the kitchen and help drive great food, strong shifts and a positive team culture.

You’ll be responsible for

- Leading the kitchen team through busy services and keeping every shift organised, productive and on point
- Preparing and cooking our signature fried hot chicken, sandwiches and sides to Belles standards every time
- Ensuring recipes, cooking methods, portions, presentation and food quality are followed consistently
- Training, coaching and developing kitchen team members
- Delegating and overseeing daily and weekly prep to ensure the kitchen is always service-ready
- Managing stock, wastage,



portion control and day-to-day kitchen operational standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen at all times
- Supporting opening and closing procedures and ensuring kitchen checklists are completed correctly
- Working closely with venue leadership to deliver fast, smooth and high-quality services
- Leading by example and contributing to a positive, accountable workplace culture
- Getting fully behind the Belles Hot Chicken philosophy and bringing outstanding energy to the team

We’re growing, and this role is a for those willing to work directly with our Restaurant Manager and continue learning and growing as the business grows, leading to greater leadership roles within Belles. Previous kitchen experience and experience leading or supervising a team is required.
