- Highly regarded energy practitioners with deep international experience across LNG, natural gas and energy markets, alongside growing exposure to renewables, decarbonisation and broader energy transition projects.
- Complex cross-border M&A;,



joint ventures and project development transactions spanning mining, oil & gas, LNG and associated energy infrastructure.
- Sophisticated Australian and international client base, including energy companies, project developers, financial sponsors and traders operating across major projects and transactions.

Associate – E&R; Projects

- Advise on major mining, oil & gas, energy and renewables transactions across Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region, with exposure to high-profile projects, cross-border matters and sophisticated resources and energy clients.
- Work across acquisitions and divestments, project developments and expansions, joint ventures, regulatory matters, commodity sales and transportation arrangements, and power purchase agreements.
- Develop alongside highly regarded practitioners in a Multi-Partner, collaborative team where lawyers are encouraged to build both technical capability and commercial judgment.

Senior Associate – Corporate E&R;





- Growing Perth Energy & Natural Resources practice advising on complex M&A; and project development across oil & gas, LNG, mining and new energy.
- Work on significant Australian and cross-border transactions spanning acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures, portfolio structuring and major project development.
- Client base includes global energy companies, investors, producers and traders across upstream and downstream projects, LNG infrastructure and energy markets.
- Work closely with senior practitioners bringing deep international and in-house industry experience, including direct exposure to LNG trading, origination and the commercial drivers underpinning major energy transactions.

Criteria

- 4 years PQE Energy and Resources and or infrastructure projects law experience OR transactional Corporate M&A; experience.
