Senior Lean Systems Consultant – Manufacturing

Help manufacturing businesses improve performance, optimise processes and prepare for digital transformation.

We're looking for a Senior Lean Systems Consultant to join an established engineering and manufacturing technology business.

This is a unique role combining manufacturing operations, Lean improvement, consulting, MRP/ERP and digital transformation.

You'll work directly with manufacturers to:

- Diagnose operational and process issues
- Identify waste, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop improvement and transformation roadmaps
- Assess MRP/ERP and digital transformation readiness
- Build business cases and present recommendations to senior leaders
- Scope and sell consulting and professional services engagements
- Work alongside MRP,



data and technical specialists on broader transformation projects

What we're looking for

You'll bring

- Strong practical manufacturing operations experience
- Lean / continuous improvement experience
- Understanding of manufacturing systems and MRP/ERP
- Experience with operational assessments and process improvement
- Consulting or skilled services experience
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence working with business owners and senior executives

Experience across ERP/MRP implementations, digital transformation, BOMs, routings, Lean Six Sigma or ROI/business cases would be highly regarded.

Salary

$150k + $13,500k Car Allowance + Super + Uncapped Comms
