Wolf & Williams have opportunities partnering with leading investment managers and funds management businesses across Sydney. We are seeking experienced funds lawyers to join high-performing in-house legal teams on an initial 3+ month term, with a strong likelihood of extension.
The role
You will be working across a robust supportive teams, with strong leadership support, advising across a broad range of investment funds, financial services regulation, capital raisings, commercial agreements and corporate transactions, working closely with investment professionals and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, sophisticated environment.
About you To be successful, you will have at least 5+ years' PQE with strong experience in investment funds, financial services or asset management gained in a leading law firm or in-house legal team. There are some excellent opportunities here to join high-calibre organisations, offering interesting work and genuine flexibility.
