Amazon Support Services Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Data Scientist to define metrics and own the data strategy for a high-impact network reliability program. You will design risk models, surface patterns affecting customer impact, and translate analysis into leadership dashboards.

You will lead experiments to evaluate automation rollouts, ensure data quality, and partner with senior engineers to push for evidence-based decisions that improve availability at scale.
