We're Hiring Chefs at Lucas Collective

Lucas Collective is currently seeking talented Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs to join our kitchens. This is an opportunity to work with premium produce, high-performing teams, and some of the industry's best operators. The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

n

n
- Chef experience in a premium a-la-carte restaurant
n
- Grill section experience
n
- Management candidates must have solid understanding of management practices and financial budgets/targets
n
- Exemplary leadership with focus on staff development
n
- Demonstrated experience in leading a high-performing team
n
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
n
- Solid understanding of food safety standards
n
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
n
- Organisational and time management skills
n
- Experience using Deputy (or similar Time & Attendance system), H&L;, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
n
- Excellent communication and presentation
n
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays,



opening and closing shifts
n
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
n
