The role

Randstad is currently seeking entry-level and experienced Customer Service Officers. At Waterworld, we run a comprehensive Learn to Swim program, host fun-filled birthday parties and facilitate a variety of events and activities.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, educating the public on water safety, and fostering an energetic setting across a variety of shifts.

Customer Service Officer Duties Include

n

- Provide outstanding customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
n
- Offer information on services, operational hours, and general inquiries accurately.
n
- Ensure all bookings are logged correctly in the system.
n
- Respond promptly to inquiries via face-to-face interactions, email, and phone.
n
- Prepare, sell, and serve food and beverages.
n
- Handle cash and operate EFTPOS machines securely.
n
- Manage emergency situations and handle challenging customers effectively.
