Job Description

The Student Services & Experience Manager (SSEM) role is responsible for ensuring our student experiences remain at the centre of our operations, through overseeing the student services team and supporting them to deliver a welcoming, effective and high standard of support across the student life cycle, from welcoming them to Navitas English and providing ongoing administration, activities, accommodation and student welfare services.

Qualifications

n

Essential:

n

n
- Working with Children Check (or appropriate state required documentation)
n
- High school certificate or higher
n
- Customer service focus with the ability to interact well with people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.
n
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask, prioritise work, complete tasks under pressure and within tight time frames, with an attention to detail.
n




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Experience in using tools and systems such as a Student Management System and MS Office skills.
n

Desirable:

n

n
- Previous experience in an administration management role.
n
- Knowledge of the ELICOS industry.
n
- Experience in student accommodation reservations or similar.
n
- Experience dealing with study groups
n
- Handling payments and receipting processes.
n
