We're growing, and we're looking for a motivated Transport Coordinator to join our high-performing operations team.

The Role

n

Coordinating daily transport operations, including pre-planning, fleet allocation, and driver scheduling

n

Monitoring compliance requirements, including NHVR obligations

n

Maintaining accurate digital records and using warehouse/transport management systems

n

Building solid working relationships with drivers, customers, and internal teams

n





Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the operations function

n

About You

n

Minimum 2 years' experience in transport, logistics, or a similar operations role

n

Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities

n

Advanced computer literacy, including TMS platforms and Microsoft Office

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n

Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

n

Knowledge of NHVR compliance (highly regarded)
