- Develop and execute the Data & AI practice strategy within the Energy sector.
n
- Build and own the go-to-market roadmap, identifying new opportunities, offerings, partnerships and growth initiatives.
n
- Engage with C-suite and senior business leaders to understand challenges and position AI-led solutions.
n
- Lead client engagements from strategy through to delivery, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
n
- Drive business development activities including solution shaping, proposal development and executive presentations.
n
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI and data solutions.
n




- Build thought leadership across Energy, AI, advanced analytics and digital transformation.
n
- Grow and mentor a high-performing team of data, AI and consulting professionals.

Profile

A successful Practice Lead Data & AI should have:

n

- Significant experience within the Energy, Utilities or Resources sector.
n
- Strong commercial and consulting background with proven client-facing experience.
n
- Experience creating and executing go-to-market strategies, practice growth plans and recent service offerings.
n
- Demonstrated success developing trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and clients.
n
- Experience leading large-scale data, analytics or AI transformation initiatives.
n
- Strong business development, sales support and solution consulting capabilities.
n

Job Offer

- Competitive salary ranging from $240,000 to $270,000 AUD.
