Endeavour Foundation seeks dedicated Youth Disability Workers to support young people in Inala, Goodna and Calamvale. You will help with daily living, personal care, and education, while promoting independence and wellbeing in 24/7 Supported Independent Living settings.

Role involves trauma-informed support, medication assistance, and building solid relationships with young people and families. Training, checks, and a passion for outcomes are essential.
