Business Analyst

Deliver business analysis across a major government ICT system renewal, supporting requirements, system upgrades, change requests and continuous improvement. This role requires full time onsite attendance in Canberra.

Essential Tasks

- Conduct research, interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements and translate them into suitable artefacts.
- Analyse, model and organise information to reconcile conflicts and distinguish business needs from solution ideas.
- Support business change management and project delivery against schedule, business and budget objectives.
- Assist other analysts with planning and analysis while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Criteria





- Experienced Business Analyst with strong requirements elicitation, analysis and modelling capability.
- Ability to facilitate interviews and workshops and produce clear business requirements artefacts.
- Experience supporting system upgrades, change requests, defect fixes and business change activities.
- Ability to support project delivery and provide leadership assistance to other analysts.
