Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Botany NSW is seeking an exceptional Precontracts Manager to lead the day-to-day precontracts function for large-scale civil infrastructure projects. You will establish structure, governance, and robust estimating and tender processes to deliver high-quality submissions.

The role reports to the Head of Commercial Strategy and offers autonomy to build a high-performing team, drive standardisation, and partner with operations to win complex tenders.
