Ofload in Australia is seeking a Sales Manager to build and lead a team of business development managers as the company scales in FreightTech. You will set the sales strategy, coach the team on new-business selling, and own your pipeline while closing deals personally.

You’ll hunt for current business, drive strategic client relationships, and partner with Commercial and Marketing on go-to-market initiatives. This role combines leadership with hands-on selling in a high-growth environment.
