Hume City Council is seeking a Team Leader Aquatic Operations for a 10-month contract at Broadmeadows Aquatic and Leisure Centre. You will lead day-to-day aquatic operations, supervise lifeguards and duty supervisors, and ensure safety, water quality and service delivery.

You will implement training plans, recruit and roster staff, and maintain compliance with RLSS guidelines and applicable regulations to provide a protected, welcoming experience for residents and visitors.
