UniLodge Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a full time Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. You will maintain apartments, common areas and the building exterior, and manage the soft facilities requirements of the property.

You will inspect, report and carry out general maintenance and minor repairs, perform carpentry and basic electrical tasks, ensure OH&S; compliance, and communicate effectively with staff and contractors to support smooth operations.
