The Chance

We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager to help lead and grow our transformation consulting practice in Brisbane.

Working closely with our State Director, you'll play a key role across the full transformation lifecycle, from shaping client strategies and defining transformation roadmaps through to leading delivery and achieving measurable outcomes.

This role requires someone who can connect strategic intent with operating models, people, technology and delivery. You'll build trusted stakeholder relationships, navigate ambiguity, and ensure ideas are translated into action.

What You'll Do

Lead Transformation Initiatives

- Partner with executive stakeholders to clarify challenges, define priorities and drive outcomes.
- Translate strategy into transformation roadmaps, operating models and delivery approaches.
- Lead discovery, diagnostic and design activities across complex business environments.
- Apply commercial judgement to deliver outcomes across revenue, cost, risk, customer and organisational performance.
- Develop clear, evidence-based recommendations tailored to client needs.

Lead Delivery
- Mobilise and lead transformation programs from definition through to implementation and benefits realisation.
- Establish governance, planning and delivery disciplines that create confidence and control.
- Integrate people, process, technology, data and change considerations into practical solutions.




- Proactively manage risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on problem solving when required.

Build Trusted Client Relationships
- Develop strong relationships with executives, sponsors and delivery leaders.
- Act as a trusted adviser, providing constructive challenge and helping clients make informed decisions.
- Facilitate workshops and executive discussions that create alignment and momentum.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and deliver additional value.
- Maintain a relentless focus on quality outcomes and client experience.

Develop People & Grow the Business
- Lead, coach and mentor consultants and emerging leaders.
- Create high-performing teams through collaboration, feedback and development.
- Support business development activities including account growth, proposal development and opportunity shaping.
- Contribute to consulting methodologies, reusable assets and service offerings.
- Help strengthen Tranzformd's market presence through strong client outcomes and professional networks.

What You'll Bring

- Significant experience in management consulting, transformation, advisory or a similar environment.
- Proven experience leading complex transformation initiatives across multiple stages of the lifecycle.
- Strong expertise in at least two of the following areas, supported by exposure across others:
- Strategy development and execution
- Operating model and organisational design
- Transformation roadmaps and portfolio planning
- Program and project delivery
- Organisational change and adoption
- Customer,



service or process design
- Technology-enabled transformation
- Benefits realisation

- Experience working directly with executive stakeholders in complex environments.
- Proven leadership capability and a track record of delivering outcomes through high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, including business development and account growth experience.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to turn ambiguity into clear, practical actions and outcomes.

Experience with Human-Centred Design, Agile delivery, Design Thinking or Systems Thinking will be highly regarded. Practical judgement and demonstrated impact are valued more than certifications.
