We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Mixologist to join our beverage team and help shape the cocktail programs across multiple venues. This is an in venue and hands on role so you will be still working shifts in venue

This role will be responsible for:

- Daily delivery of a high level of service in venues
- Developing and maintaining cocktail menus across several venues
- Researching and creating recent drinks aligned with each venue's concept
- Managing stock ordering and supplier relationships
- Conducting regular stocktakes and inventory control
- Monitoring beverage costs and maintaining profitability targets
- Training and mentoring venue teams on cocktail preparation and service standards
- Ensuring consistency and quality across all beverage offerings

The ideal candidate will have a strong creative background, excellent operational skills, and experience managing beverage programs across multiple venues. Only candidates currently residing in Sydney will be considered.
