This is a great opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys working across both BAU payroll and payroll transformation, with the chance to play a key role in the implementation of a new payroll system.

About the role:

- End-to-end payroll processing, including salaries, leave, superannuation, PAYG and adjustments
- Payroll reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate payroll data across Workday, ADP and DEEL
- Payroll reporting, compliance and audit support
- Supporting HR and Finance with payroll queries and troubleshooting
- Data cleansing, mapping, validation and parallel payroll testing
- Supporting Workday Payroll go-live, stabilisation and optimisation
- Ensuring compliance across STP, PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax and relevant awards/EAs

About you:





- End-to-end payroll processing experience, ideally within construction infrastructure
- Experience processing payroll across multiple states is highly regarded
- Previous system implementation or project-based work is highly regarded
- Exposure to data migration and testing
- Robust understanding of Australian payroll compliance
- Experience working across multiple awards/EAs and payrolls of 100+ employees highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and a proactive approach
