Connected Culture is an award-winning Australian digital marketing agency, helping ambitious eCommerce, retail and lifestyle brands grow profitably through data-driven digital marketing.

We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist who is ready to take ownership of client accounts, think commercially and become a trusted strategic partner to our clients.

This is more than a campaign management role.

You’ll work directly with clients to develop growth strategies, analyse performance, identify opportunities and present recommendations that have a genuine impact on revenue and profitability. You’ll also collaborate with our Paid Social, Creative and CRM teams to deliver integrated digital marketing strategies.

What you’ll be doing

- Develop and manage Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Display
- Manage and optimise Google Merchant Center and product feeds
- Develop strategies aligned with each client’s commercial objectives
- Analyse and optimise performance to maximise revenue, ROAS and profitability
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations directly to clients
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and build trusted client relationships
- Collaborate with Paid Social, Creative and CRM specialists
- Stay ahead of Google platform developments, AI capabilities and best practice

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years’ hands-on Google Ads experience
- Current Google Ads certifications




- Robust Google Merchant Center experience
- Excellent knowledge of Search, Shopping and Performance Max
- Strong understanding of the customer journey and broader marketing funnel
- Experience managing client relationships and presenting performance and strategy
- A commercial mindset — you can translate advertising data into meaningful business outcomes
- Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
- eCommerce and/or lead generation experience

Highly regarded

Experience with Meta Ads, Klaviyo, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Shopify.
