Currently on the market for an Infrastructure Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services and PMO team here in Melbourne.

This is a hybrid role with an expectation to come into our office three days a week.

About the Role The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of client-aligned projects, with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a ‘best-practice’ project delivery approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.

Key responsibilities:

- Monitor, manage, the configuration and support Core Network/Load Balancing and Network/Application Security solutions
- Lead, Build and maintain relationships with key technical staff in our Customers and Cube’s preferred vendors
- Document administration, support & management processes & procedures
- Provide support within Service Level requirements of the Customer
- Ownership & Resolution of critical problems and 2nd level escalations
- Facilitate/participate in hand-overs and transition of projects




- Maintain & grow technical understanding and keep up to date with security products and technology developments
- Provide mentoring and support to Associate Engineer staff
- Identify, recommend and implement process improvements and efficiencies both internally and for customers as it relates to supporting Core Network and Network/Application Security environments

About You:

- Must have strong experience working as a Project Manager within a Professional Services or Managed Services business, delivering within Network projects
- Delivering infrastructure, cloud, network, or cyber security projects.
- Strong understanding of Azure, Microsoft 365, networks, firewalls, routing, VPN, and connectivity.
- Proven ability to manage service transition, cutover, and BAU handover.
- Robust vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL, enterprise change processes, and regulated environments.
