Senior Project Manager | Workforce Transformation | Sydney

I'm partnering with a large, highly regulated enterprise embarking on a significant workforce transformation program and am looking to speak with Senior Project Managers who have delivered complex people and organisational initiatives.

This role sits within a major transformation portfolio focused on future workforce strategy, organisational design, workforce planning, talent mobility and capability uplift.

To be successful, you'll bring:

✅ Proven experience leading large-scale workforce, HR, HRIS or people transformation programs

✅ Strong understanding of organisational design, operating model and transformation initiatives

✅ Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, including work with executive leaders





✅ Experience managing complex interdependencies across multiple workstreams

✅ Background within Financial Services, Insurance or another large regulated workplace highly regarded

Contract Details

- Initial 12-month contract
- $1,100/day + super
- Hybrid working (3 days WFH)
- Sydney CBD
