About The Role We have a temporary opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. You will lead the successful delivery of complex projects within our Secure Communications team, ensuring outcomes align with client expectations, business objectives and technical requirements.

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex projects from initiation through to completion
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve delivery milestones, manage dependencies and resolve project risks.
- Maintain project scope, schedules, budgets and reporting to ensure successful outcomes.
- Partner with technical and client-facing stakeholders to align delivery plans with business and customer needs.
- Mentor Project Support Officers and drive continuous improvement across project delivery practices

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale or complex technology projects and programs.
- Robust stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Expertise in project delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
- Proven ability to manage risks, priorities, resources and competing deadlines
- Experience working within Defence, national security or similarly complex environments is highly regarded.





Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria To Be Eligible For This Position You Must

- Have relevant experience as a Senior Project Manager
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Hold a current NV2 security clearance
- Be willing to participate in pre-employment screening requirements.
- Be willing to work onsite
