Senior Project Manager | Landmark Residential & Mixed-Use Projects ($100M–$400M)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing business and play a key role in shaping, pursuing and delivering major residential and mixed-use opportunities valued between $100M and $400M across the Gold Coast.

We have a growing pipeline of opportunities across the region, and we're looking for a Senior Project Manager who can get involved early — working alongside our leadership and development teams to assess opportunities, shape delivery strategies and help convert prospective projects into secured work.

Once projects are secured, you'll take senior ownership of delivery through to completion.

This is an opportunity to be involved across the full project lifecycle, rather than joining once a project is already underway. You'll contribute to opportunities at different stages — from early pursuit and feasibility through to procurement, construction and handover.

The Chance

As Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in both pursuing future work and delivering projects once secured.

Our Gold Coast pipeline includes residential and mixed-use opportunities at varying stages of development and pursuit. You'll work alongside senior leadership and our development team to help assess opportunities, develop delivery strategies,



contribute to bids and client engagement, and position projects for successful delivery.

When opportunities are secured, you'll take senior responsibility for delivery from pre-construction through to completion.

This is a role for an established Senior Project Manager who wants genuine involvement beyond construction delivery — with the opportunity to influence which projects we pursue, how they're structured and how they're ultimately delivered.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the pursuit and conversion of future residential and mixed-use project opportunities.
- Work with leadership and development teams to assess opportunities, delivery models, programmes and project risks.
- Develop project and delivery strategies that support successful bids and project outcomes.
- Take senior responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of projects once secured, valued between $100M and $400M.
- Establish and manage project programmes, procurement strategies, budgets and commercial outcomes.
- Lead, develop and mentor Site Managers, Project Engineers, Contract Administrators and broader project teams.
- Coordinate consultants, specialist businesses and external trade partners to achieve seamless project delivery.
- Provide strong commercial and contractual leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and manage project risks, quality, safety, programme and stakeholder requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, authorities and key project stakeholders.
- Drive accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across project teams.
- Deliver secured projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

About You

You'll be an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record delivering major residential or mixed-use developments.

You'll bring





- Demonstrated experience delivering projects valued between $100M and $400M.
- Significant experience across residential, mixed-use or similarly complex developments.
- Strong commercial, contractual, procurement and programme management capability.
- The ability to contribute to project pursuits, delivery strategies and pre-construction activities.
- The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and confidently manage senior client and consultant relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing project teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach to project delivery.
- The ability to think beyond construction and contribute from opportunity and pre-construction through to completion.
- A genuine desire to influence outcomes and help shape the future project pipeline.
