Our client is a highly regarded and established real estate business with a strong presence in the Sydney market. Known for their professional approach, strong team culture and commitment to delivering exceptional service, they are seeking a confident Property Manager to join their growing team and manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties across the Sydney CBD.

The Role

- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 200 CBD properties
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants while managing all day-to-day portfolio requirements
- Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections, coordinate maintenance and manage tenancy matters
- Work closely with dedicated administration, trust accounting and routine inspection support
- Deliver exceptional service while identifying opportunities for new business and portfolio growth

About You

- Previous experience managing your own portfolio




- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation and Property Management processes
- Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
- A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach
