Senior Property Manager | Inner North | $85K + Super + Commissions An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to join a well-structured and growing residential property management team in Melbourne's inner north.

This role offers the chance to manage a well-maintained portfolio capped at 175 properties, with strong administrative and leasing support, flexible working arrangements and an attractive commission structure.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing a residential portfolio of up to 175 properties
- Managing all aspects of end-to-end Property Management
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Coordinating leasing, maintenance, inspections and tenancy matters
- Managing compliance and general portfolio administration
- Maintaining accurate records and CRM activity
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle




- Working closely with administration and leasing support

What We're Looking For:

- Previous residential Property Management experience
- Strong end-to-end Property Management knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing a portfolio independently
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively within a supportive team environment The Details:
