Job Description

WOW Recruitment are partnering with a growing global consumer electronics business to hire a Customer Service Manager in Melbourne. You will lead a small team of 2–3 representatives, own workflows, establish KPIs and drive service excellence across B2B and D2C channels.

Reporting to the General Manager APAC, you'll implement structure, improve reporting, and collaborate with Sales, Logistics and Finance to deliver outstanding customer outcomes while hands-on in a high-volume workplace.
