Ertech is seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand for a permanent full time role on the Heathcote Road Overtaking Lane Project in Sydney. You will lead self-performing crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and deliver earthworks, pavements and drainage to schedule while prioritising safety and quality.

You will report to the Supervisor and work with Engineers and Project Management to maintain progress, quality and site discipline across multiple fronts, including nights and weekends as
