We are looking for Property Manager to manage a portfolio who is looking for a long‐term career, not just another role with the option to grow and develop. We manage properties across Ipswich, Brisbane and Logan City Councils.

The Role

n

- End‐to‐end management of a residential portfolio
n
- Deliver exceptional service to landlords, tenants and trades
n
- Clear communication and strong attention to detail
n
- Maintain detailed file notes and compliance
n
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience as a Property Manager
n
- At lease 1 year of residential experience
n
- Current QLD Driver's Licence
n
- Current Property Manager Registration (Queensland)
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Honest, reliable, and proactive with a positive attitude
n
- Pride in your work and a want to help attitude
n
- PropertyME knowledge an advantage (but not essential)
n
