Datacom is seeking a Change Manager to lead the Cherwell-to-ServiceNow transition, delivering ITSM transformation with risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment.

Based in Australia, you will collaborate with leadership to redefine operating models, manage data migration and drive adoption with comprehensive training and go-live readiness. You can work from Auckland, Brisbane or Melbourne, contributing to a resilient service delivery culture across MSP environments.
