Job Description

Doctors and Co. in Ballarat is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our clinic team at Ballarat Doctors. You will work at the front desk, greet patients, process co-pays, schedule appointments, and help maintain organized records to create a welcoming setting for patients.

The role requires at least 1 year of medical reception experience and familiarity with medical software like BEST PRACTICE or MEDICAL DIRECTOR. This is a casual/part-time, on-site position in Ballarat.
