H&R; Block Australia is seeking a Client Service Consultant for our Contact Centre in Moonee Ponds, VIC. This casual role with full-time hours offers above-award pay and full training.

You will handle inbound calls to book tax appointments and make warm outbound reminder calls to existing clients, delivering a skilled customer experience while supporting the team during peak periods. The office is conveniently located near public transport and cafes.
