About the Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and hands-on customer service representative. This is a dynamic role that is responsible for customer service, gym operations, nutrition bar and administration & membership sales.

Position Overview

n

- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors/members by addressing customer inquiries, complaints and issues promptly.
n
- Drive sales across memberships, supplements,



apparelaccessories and consumables to achieve individual and team sales targets.
n
- Demonstrate Solid understanding of Derrimut 24:7 offerings
n
- Prepare and serve smoothies, coffees, and other beverages
n
- Maintain cleanliness and uptake of facility and workstations
n
- Support administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and maintaining inventory records
n
- Assisting in Events/Promotions and Class offerings
n

Our Ideal Candidate

- Previous CSR, Sales and Retail experience
n
- Passionate about Health & Fitness
n
- Proven experience in achieving KPIs and Sales Targets.
n
- Must be 18 years of age
n
- Unlimited Working Rights
n
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification (willing to obtain)
n
- Food Safety Certificate (willing to obtain)
