Hellenic Community Aged Care is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facilities, grounds, equipment and infrastructure, ensuring safety and comfort for residents. You will lead hands-on maintenance work and supervise staff and contractors in office.

Key duties include scheduling preventive and reactive maintenance, maintaining asset records, and ensuring compliance with WHS, Australian Standards and Aged Care regulations.
