The Opportunity
The Transport Services Manager leads Swissport's Transport business unit at Brisbane Airport terminals – including Bus Drivers, Passenger Facilitation Agents and Baggage Trolley Collectors – and delivers exceptional client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement service delivery models and process improvements
- Lead continuous improvement using data and performance metrics
- Champion change management supporting operational transformation
- Ensure the team achieves defined key performance criteria
Essential Requirements
- Leadership experience in a quick-paced, safety-focused service operation
- Experience managing multi-client airport operations
- Knowledge of enterprise bargaining agreements and industrial relations
