Job Description

Ethos is seeking experienced UX researchers to help train and improve AI-enabled document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on owning the full research lifecycle from discussion guides to insight synthesis, with responsibility for creating evidence-based decks and recommendations.

The position is fully remote with flexible hours (5-20 hours per week) and immediate start. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in customer or user research and solid written communication skills for
