ANZUK Education is partnering with an exceptional early childhood service in Dubbo seeking a Centre Director.

The Centre

This established service has undergone significant positive change and investment over recent months, with a strong focus now on building a high-performing team, strengthening relationships with families, and continuing to create a quality learning environment for children.

Following a period of transition, the service has made significant improvements across leadership, staffing, operational processes, and learning environments.

The team is now supported by a strong leadership structure, experienced educators, and additional organisational support to continue building on this progress.

With a major refurbishment investment approved, this is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to join a service with strong foundations and make a meaningful impact.

Why This Opportunity? This is not a role where you will be starting from the beginning. Much of the groundwork has already been completed, allowing the successful candidate to focus on continuing to strengthen the service and support the team.

The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a passionate and resilient leader who is ready to inspire a team and continue driving positive outcomes.

You will ideally have:

- Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification
- Previous Centre Director experience, or be an experienced 2IC ready to take the next step
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build relationships with educators and families
- Confidence managing compliance, child safety, and operational responsibilities
- A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
- A positive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to lead through change

Salary & Benefits

- Up to $125,000 package
- $10,000 relocation incentive
- 6 weeks annual leave for ECTs (flexibility to discuss for Diploma-qualified candidates)
- 9-day fortnight
- KPI bonus structure linked to key operational outcomes

Recruitment Process

- Initial phone screen with Talent Acquisition
- Teams interview with Operations Leadership
- Final interview with Head of Operations
