Vista Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service Agent for Next Hotel Melbourne, a 255-room property with premium guest experiences. You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and upsell rooms and services to enhance stays.

You must be able to multitask, communicate clearly, and work across front office teams to ensure flawless service. The role involves assisting guests with requests, updating profiles in the PMS, and adhering to all safety procedures.
