Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present high-quality Gold Class menu items to recipe standards.




- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring meals are prepared accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant kitchen environment, adhering to food safety, hygiene, and WHS requirements.
- Collaborate with cinema teams to support seamless service, inventory control, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, café, restaurant, hospitality, or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and safe food handling practices.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative and positive approach.
- Robust organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks during busy service periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and peak cinema trading periods.
- Food Safety Supervisor Certification and RSA highly regarded but not essential
