Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist who is passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of children and adults.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team of over 40 experienced therapists , including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

About the Role

- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop evidence-based therapy plans
- Deliver therapy in clinic, schools, homes and via Telehealth
- Work collaboratively with families, schools, support coordinators and other professionals
- Complete high-quality clinical documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions
- Support participants to achieve meaningful outcomes and greater independence

- Current AHPRA/SPA registration (as applicable)
- Current Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- Skilled Indemnity Insurance
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Passion for delivering person-centred care

Highly Regarded

- Experience working within the NDIS
- Experience with paediatric participants
- Experience supporting adults with disability
- Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
