Mondrian Gold Coast, a 208-room beachfront icon, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to own the protected, compliant, and cost-effective operation of our hotel and residential buildings. You will oversee contractor governance, procurement, compliance, asset management and body corporate obligations across hotel and residential towers.

Strong building systems knowledge and stakeholder communication are essential.
