Arkadia Talent is seeking a hands-on, multi-site retail leader to drive a defined performance turnaround ahead of peak trading. You will be based in Sydney with travel to New Zealand as required, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with key functions to deliver market objectives.

The role requires a proven track record in turning around underperforming stores, luxury or premium fashion experience, and a bias for action in a fast-paced workplace.
