The Department of Justice Queensland is seeking an Enquiries Manager within the Commission's Enquiries and Complaints Team (ECT) to support regulatory functions under the Legal Profession Act 2007. You will lead the enquiries function, guide staff, and provide timely advice on complaints and referrals.

You will deliver customer service across phone, online and face-to-face channels, review complaints with the Team Leader, promote continuous improvement, and ensure policies and procedures are
