Tenterfield Shire Council is seeking a full time Leading Hand (Roads – Sealed) to join the Infrastructure team based in Tenterfield, NSW. You will lead a small crew in sealed road maintenance and rehabilitation, oversee pothole patching with specialist equipment, and ensure works are delivered safely and to a high standard.

Ideal candidates bring a Certificate IV in Civil Construction Operations (or equivalent), supervisory experience, WHS knowledge, and current Traffic Controller/Traffic
