- Proven track record of consistently breaking strong stories
- Strong interest in multimedia journalism
- Talented self-starter who can maintain high levels of personal organisation and time management while engaging as part of a team
- Strong writing and journalism skill set
- Understanding of data analytics, click rates, subscriptions, google analytics and social media analytics
