We are exclusively representing a leading global warehouse automation technology company as they expand their Australian operation. We’re seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer with experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics or robotics to support the design and delivery of complex automation solutions across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead pre-sales solution design for warehouse automation projects.
- Analyse customer requirements, operational data and business scenarios.
- Develop warehouse layouts, workflows and automation concepts.
- Prepare technical proposals, specifications and tender responses.
- Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations.




- Support customers throughout the project lifecycle and resolve technical requirements.
- Gather market and customer feedback to support product development.
- Collaborate with international sales, engineering and product teams.
- Support multiple Australian projects, with international travel as required.

About You:

- 5+ years’ experience in warehouse automation, solution design, project planning or systems engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Automation, Logistics Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of warehouse automation and intralogistics solutions.
- AGV/AMR experience highly advantageous.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Robust technical communication and customer-facing skills.
- Comfortable working across both commercial and technical stakeholders.
- Able to work independently within a global team.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
