About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Automation Test Lead to lead and deliver high-quality testing across mobile, web, API, and integration platforms. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in mobile automation, test strategy, CI/CD integration, and leading distributed testing teams.

Experience within financial services, banking, insurance, lending, or FinTech environments will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across mobile, web, API, and integration platforms.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for React Native applications across iOS and Android.
- Drive mobile automation using Appium.
- Perform real-device and cross-browser testing using BrowserStack.
- Develop automated tests using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Conduct API and integration testing to ensure reliable end-to-end system functionality.
- Define and implement test strategies, test plans, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
- Manage defect identification, tracking, prioritisation, and resolution.
- Integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead and mentor distributed testing teams and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners,



and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in automation, testing processes, and quality engineering practices.

Required Skills and Experience
- Robust experience in mobile automation testing using Appium.
- Hands-on experience with React Native applications across iOS and Android.
- Experience with BrowserStack for real-device and cross-browser testing.
- Strong experience with one or more automation tools: Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Experience in API and integration testing.
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD integration.
- Proven experience in test strategy, planning, governance, and defect management.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing distributed testing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Pay: $700.00 – $800.00 per day
