TRAINING & EDUCATION ROLE | THE SKIN BAR

We’re growing our Education team at The Skin Bar and looking for an experienced industry trainer to join us for an exciting next chapter.

This is not your standard training role.

You’ll work closely with our leadership and clinical teams as we build out new product lines, treatment protocols and education programs, while developing the skills and confidence of our small boutique clinic teams across Australia.

The role will include hands-on treatment training, new product and treatment launches, ongoing therapist development and helping us continue to raise the standard across The Skin Bar.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years experience in a training or education role within the beauty, skin or aesthetics industry.

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or relevant training qualification.

Diploma of Beauty Therapy or higher qualification.

Strong practical skin and treatment knowledge.

Confident presenting, educating and leading small groups.

Passionate about developing people and creating exceptional treatment standards.

Interstate travel will occasionally be required.

Role Description The Senior Training Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, responsible for leading training &

education and delivery across The Skin Bar’s clinics. This role designs, implements, and continuously updates training programs for clinic teams, including onboarding, technical treatment training, customer experience, and compliance.

The Senior Training

Manager conducts regular training sessions, workshops, and refreshers, and evaluates performance through assessments, observations, and feedback. They collaborate closely with operations and leadership to ensure training aligns with brand standards, treatment protocols, and expansion plans, and maintains consistent quality of service across all locations. The role also involves creating training materials, documentation, and digital resources, mentoring trainers and team leads, and supporting change management when new treatments, technologies, or processes are introduced.
