We’re looking for a Senior Ticketing Coordinator to join our Ticketing team and help shape the future of Rugby League. If you’re ready to make an impact in a quick-paced, purpose-led organisation, we want to hear from you.
The Role
As Senior Ticketing Coordinator, you will coordinate ticketing operations across NRL Major Events, including ticket builds, inventory, reporting, stakeholder requirements and event-day delivery.
Working with internal teams, clubs, venues, partners and ticketing agencies, you will ensure ticketing requirements are delivered accurately and on time. You will also resolve operational issues, maintain ticketing data and support improvements to systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities In this role you will:
- Coordinate ticket builds, on-sale activities and quality assurance, including pricing, seating categories and ticket products.
- Manage ticket inventory, allocations, holds, releases, fulfilment and reconciliations.
- Support ticketing operations from event planning through to event-day delivery.
- Process ticketing requests for clubs, partners, venues, hospitality providers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare accurate ticket sales, inventory, operational and post-event reports.
- Maintain ticketing records, documentation,
dashboards and administrative processes.
- Respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries within agreed service levels.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, clubs, venues, partners and ticketing agencies.
- Investigate discrepancies, resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve ticketing systems, processes and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to support business outcomes.
About You
Ideally you will have
- Have 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience using ticketing platforms such as Ticketek and Ticketmaster.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- The ability to prepare, analyse and interpret ticket sales and operational reports.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
